I am currently proofing my dad's new book, Christ's Basic Bodies.
I really can't form words to explain how powerful this book will be for your small group ministry. In it, Dad explains the centrality of Christ for group formation and group life in such a way that it made me think, "Duh! No wonder so many Christians struggle with small group life!"
When I urge you to read this book, it's not coming from the author's son or the publisher. I speak as a fellow small groupie who desperately wants to see small groups across America break through in every area... the meetings, leadership, missional living, and general group health.
The book should be out sometime between Christmas and the first week in January. I firmly believe it's every bit as important as his previous books... combined.
